How To Make A Start In English With Question Words
There are different ways of learning English. Most of the learners of spoken English start learning English speaking in complex ways & often get lost. There is a very easy & fool-proof method of making an easy yet effective start in English speaking & that is by asking questions in English. A learner of spoken English can start with simple sentences made with question words & then move onto question phrases. Here you will get some question words with meaning in Hindi & examples given for each question word or question phrase. It is imperative that the learner of English speaking should not only learn these sentence structures but also use them with your learning partners. Learners can take turns in asking & answering the questions.

How To Ask Questions With Question Phrases -
From which + Noun आपने यह किस दुकान से खरीदा? From which shop did you buy this?/ Which shop did you buy this from?
From whose + Noun किसके फोन से आप बात कर रहे हैं? From whose phone are you talking?
With which + Noun आप किस पैन से लिख रहे हैं? With which pen are you writing?
Towards which + Noun आप किस कॉलोनी की तरफ जा रहे हैं? Towards which colony are you going?
For which + Noun आप किस उद्देश्य के लिए यहां आये हैं? For which/what purpose have you come here?
By which + Noun आप किस कार से जाएंगे? By which car will you go?
In which + Noun आप किस कंपनी में काम कर रहे हैं? In which company are you working?
With whom आप किसके साथ जा रहे हैं? With whom are you going?
For whose + Noun किसके दोस्त के लिए आप यह कर रहे हैं? For whose friend are you doing this?

One of the challenges that the learners of English speaking often face is how to keep going while talking in English. Most of the learners would make a decent start but lose steam as they go along because of lack of content. The technique of asking questions goes a long way in helping learner his/her cherished goal of speaking English fluently as the learners are able to create content for practice.
It will be advised to start with question words & then go on to practicing question phrases. While question words are limited in number, question phrases come in different varieties. A phrase is nothing but a combination of two or more than two words; therefore, a question phrase contains a question word and another word or sometimes two words.
It will be a good idea to have a partner with you who wants to learn English & have a list of questions that you have made. Similarly, ask your partner to make a list of question words & question phrases & ask each other questions & give answers to the questions asked. You will find that your hesitation of speaking English will be gone soon & you will be able to make a very effective start in being a fluent English speaker.
